Did you know that Street Fair  started out as a sidewalk sale for the business in the village?

Village Artisans is honoring the origins of Street Fair

 with a Studio Clearance Sale.  

Artwork on display in our lobby area will be offered

 at a discounted price.

 If you are in town on Saturday stop by and you just might find a hot deal on an original work by our local artists. 

Art On the Lawn

August is just around the corner.  Our Early Bird special for Art on the Lawn has passed, but there is still plenty of time to get in your application and jury fee.  You can download your application here.  Apply before July 1st and save $20 on your booth fee.

Upcoming events!

It seems as if this year is just flying by.  I mean the April 3rd Friday has already come and gone. Oops. I completely missed it.  I hope you didn't. 

Well here are some current and upcoming events happening with the artisans. We don't want YOU to miss out on.

Cynthia McDonald has a beautiful show up in our lobby area.  Come check out these amazing gourds and paintings.

Cynthia's work will be on display through the end of April. Be sure to come check it out!!!

Also, two of our artisans, John Garrett and Crystal Heis will be showing their work Saturday April 24th, at the 2nd Annual Earth Day Art Show at the Cedar Bog Nature Preserve in Urbana.  For more information about check out the Cedar Bog website: http://www.cedarbog.org/

Artisans Out and About

If you happen to be up around Powell, Ohio. Be sure to stop in and see the Art Squared show at the Market at Seredipity .

The Art Squared exhibition was launched on Friday evening with a reception for artists, friends, and family! What a wonderful evening. With submissions from central Ohio and across the country, the exhibition features 48 works, all 12" x 12", but encompassing a wide variety of styles and inspirations.

A couple of our very own Village Artisans attended the opening. 

Congratulations to Kathy Moulton and Sue Brezine. 

Both received Honerable Mention awards from the jurors.

We're building up our collections for the big July show and trade.


Join Ann Bain and Nancy Mellon this Tuesday from 1:30 - 3:30 and learn how to make you own ATC's. Then come back in July and trade your cards with all the other artists.
